To conform with the set standards, we undertake various quality control checks at each step, right from the sourcing of raw material to the delivery of products. Our highly experienced and well qualified team of engineers, technocrats and quality analysts are responsible for observing quality in all our operations. We have adopted independent quality control procedures for different stages of production and supply. This strategy allows comparatively better accuracy, feel and finish of our machines & plants rather than following one common procedure for different activities.
We have well equipped in-house facilities for undertaking physical & chemical testing of material composition, hardness testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure accuracy at each stage of production. Further, we undertake consistent R&D practices to maintain an innovative edge in our products and operations. Our expert team of R&D professionals undertake in-depth study of market, customers' requirements, changes in the industry and the underlying opportunities, to come up with economically viable suggestions and ideas which can add to our growth and success.
Manufacturing Facility
We have set up our manufacturing facility at Mandi Gobindgarh which is better known as 'steel town' of India, as it supports 250 steel rolling mills and 25% re-rolling capacity of India. Most of the infrastructural facilities such as foundry steel casting units, are easily available at this place. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with he latest machines which are operated and maintained by our trained and skilled labors. Some of the machines installed at our facility are Strip Plant, TMT Plant, Floor Machines, Gear Hobbing Machines, Hot Rolling Mill, Gear Shapers, Heavy-Duty Planners and Planomillers.
Raw materials such as M.S. Plate, casting and bearing are sourced from reliable vendors and are thoroughly inspected before being used. All the processes are streamlined to gain efficiency in operations and enable bulk production in minimum possible time. We have our own advanced designng department, which can incorporate different customer's specifications while designing a plant. it is equipped with latest technology computers and softwares like CAD to facilitate superior designing and manufacturing. Our sophisticated manufacturing facility is supervised by a team of Technical Directors, who are assisted by proficient supervisors.
